NEXUS Series

The Ventis Nexus series is a high-performance automotive spray booth line designed for professional paint applications where air quality, process stability, and efficiency are critical. Featuring a full downdraft airflow system, Nexus booths ensure excellent control of overspray and airborne contamination, delivering consistently clean and uniform coating results.

Fresh air is supplied through a fully filtered ceiling plenum and extracted via a fully filtered floor exhaust system, creating a stable vertical airflow pattern across the entire working area. This configuration maximizes paint transfer efficiency, improves surface quality, and supports a clean, controlled working environment. Enhanced, high-intensity lighting provides optimal visibility for precision finishing and detailed inspection.

Available in Nexus 250, 300, and 350 variants, the series offers airflow capacities ranging from 25,000 m³/h to 35,000 m³/h, allowing the system to be precisely matched to application requirements and production volume. Increased airflow performance shortens cycle times, improves booth recovery, and reduces overall labor and energy costs, making the Ventis Nexus series a cost-effective and scalable solution for professional automotive refinishing operations.

Lighting, Models & Configuration Options

Ventis spray booths are equipped with high-efficiency LED lighting systems, designed to provide uniform, shadow-free illumination across the entire working area. The lighting layout ensures accurate color perception and excellent visibility during application and inspection, supporting precision finishing and consistent coating quality.

The Ventis Nexus series is available in standard configurations with internal dimensions of 7,000 × 4,000 mm and an internal height of 2,750 mm, as well as 8,000 × 5,000 mm with an internal height of 3,500 mm. Depending on the selected model, airflow performance ranges from 25,000 m³/h to 35,000 m³/h, allowing the system to be matched to different vehicle sizes and production demands.

For enhanced control and automation, an optional upgrade to an advanced control system with a 15-inch HMI touchscreen is available. This interface enables intuitive operation, real-time monitoring, and precise adjustment of airflow and process parameters, improving usability and operational efficiency.

The booth roof is constructed using insulated sandwich panels, with a choice of EPS, PIR foam, or mineral wool core, allowing the insulation type to be selected based on thermal, fire-safety, and regulatory requirements. In addition, custom dimensional modifications, including booth length extensions, are available to accommodate specific site layouts or oversized vehicles.

Heavy Duty Construction:

Ventis spray booths are constructed using insulated sandwich panels with an EPS core, combined with a corrosion-resistant galvanized steel roof, providing excellent thermal stability, durability, and energy efficiency. The rigid, well-sealed structure supports stable airflow and consistent process conditions during coating operations.

Fans & Motors:

Airflow is generated by high-efficiency direct-drive (DDF) fans, digitally controlled via variable frequency drives (VFDs). This configuration ensures precise airflow regulation, significantly reduced energy consumption, quiet operation, and minimal maintenance compared to traditional belt-driven systems.

Filtration system:

Clean air is supplied through a ceiling-mounted intake filtration system with diffusion media, delivering uniform, low-turbulence airflow across the working area. The exhaust air is treated by high-efficiency exhaust filters, effectively capturing overspray and maintaining a clean, controlled working environment.

Doors:

The booth is equipped with four-leaf glazed front doors made of aluminum frames, offering wide access and excellent visibility, along with side technical access doors that allow safe servicing and inspection without interrupting the workflow.
